Karipap Pusing NH products are frozen food products and must be stored properly upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are transferred to a suitable freezer as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Karipap Pusing NH is not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage, handling or prolonged exposure to unsuitable temperatures after the product has been received by the customer.

5. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, delivery partner availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the products is transferred to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, frozen food products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
